Itinerary
DAY 1 — ARRIVAL & WELCOME
Arrive at Enrique Malek International Airport where a private shuttle will be waiting to bring you into the cool mountain air of Boquete.
Settle into your stay at Boquete Firefly Inn, take in the views, and ease into the pace of life here.
DAY 2 — COFFEE IMMERSION + PRIVATE CHEF
Spend the morning at Lamastus Coffee Estates, one of the most renowned specialty coffee farms in the world. Walk the farm, learn the full process from seed to cup, and finish with a guided tasting of six exceptional coffees.
In the afternoon, explore the town of Boquete on foot—wandering through local shops and stopping at some of our favorite spots to sample the local food scene.
End the day with a private chef dinner, featuring a curated menu of fresh, locally inspired Panamanian dishes.
DAY 3 — LOLA'S FARM DAY
Head up to Lola’s Farm—our home in the mountains.
You’ll get an inside look at the build and spend a few hours working alongside us on a hands-on project, leaving your mark on the house build.
From there, take a short jungle hike (about 45 minutes each way) to a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the entire Boquete valley.
Back at the farm, unwind with a slow evening: sauna sessions, wood-fired DIY pizzas, music, sunset views, and time to connect.
DAY 4 — PRIVATE ISLAND BEACH DAY
We’ll head to Boca Chica and board a private boat for a short ride out to a secluded island.
Spend the day swimming in warm, clear water, relaxing on untouched beaches, and enjoying a laid-back picnic with fresh local fruit and snacks.
Everything is taken care of! Just show up and enjoy your own slice of the Pacific.
DAY 5 — SLOT CANYON SWIM AND COOKING CLASS
Take a scenic drive through the countryside to a hidden river canyon carved through rock over time.
Swim, explore, and take in the surrounding jungle in one of the most unique landscapes in the area.
In the evening, join a hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn to make arepas—a staple dish across Latin America—before sitting down to enjoy the meal together.
DAY 6 — COFFEE BREWING + WATERFALL + CHOCOLATE EXPERIENCE
Start the morning with a coffee brewing workshop, learning how to dial in the perfect cup while tasting a range of Movement Coffee Roasters offerings.
Then head out on a short walk to three beautiful waterfalls tucked into the cloud forest which is one of the defining features of Boquete’s landscape with the option to swim in the natural pools.
Wrap up the day with a cacao experience, where you’ll learn how locally grown cacao is transformed into chocolate (and taste plenty along the way).
DAY 7 — DEPARTURE
Enjoy a slow morning before your private shuttle takes you back to the airport for your journey home.
